Executive Administrative Assistant

Roxanne is an Executive Administrative Assistant with over 15 years’ experience in administrative roles. She is responsible for managing reception, office administration, and executive assistance. Some of her main duties include office management, coordinating and scheduling client meetings, providing support to the Client Services and Tax Team, and maintaining client relationship management software with up-to-date notes and client information. In addition, she deeply values her relationships with clients and always strives to give great service.

Roxanne was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to Imperium, she was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of a restaurant conglomerate for seven years. In addition, she has several years’ experience in the insurance industry and has worked in an accounting firm.  She prides herself on being dedicated to her role within Imperium and being an integral part of our future growth.
